Many people feel that buying custom drapes and blinds is out of their reach due to the price of the products and services.  

 

Large corporations charge you the cost of the drapery plus their overhead cost for fancy studios and the like.

 

Independent decorators provide the same services, from the same vendors, usually without overhead cost

included.

 

Why? Because they work directly for the same manufacturers and out of their homes and automobiles providing the same services.

 

Independent decorators are usually professionally trained by the trade and most times are more experienced than the stores that hire decorators -- providing only 1-2 weeks of training.
